Listening — Kasai Records
The System

Inside the listening room

Most bars play music at you. Kasai plays it for you.

The whole room is built around one high-fidelity system — horn-loaded warmth, a tube front end, the kind of setup you feel in your chest as much as your ears — and a wall of vinyl pulled by people who’ll fight you over which pressing is better.

Every night is selected live, off records, front to back. No laptops. No requests. No shuffle.

Not a normal bar

A normal bar has music. We have a program.

The selector is a host, not a soundtrack. The volume is tuned so the bass moves you without burying the person across the table. And the room is dark, warm, and built to make you stay for one more side.

You’re not here to be background to a TV. You’re here for the record.
